Estates Operations Manager

A Hospital Estates Operations Manager, preferably with an electrical and mechanical background, is needed for an acute NHS site in Barnet. This is a PFI contract that has 8 years left of a 30-year concession. Reporting into the Senior Ops Manager, you will have a team of around 35 staff under you including supervisors, senior engineers, and engineers that in turn will carry out planned and reactive works across a busy hospital site.

There are significant lifecycle project works happening across the site and this role will support those to a degree. They enjoy a good working relationship with the trust and the SPV, there is parking provided and the hours of work are 8am to 5pm. Free parking on site.
