Estates Operations Manager – NHS – Barnet – £58k. A Hospital Estates Operations Manager, preferably with a mechanical bias is needed for an acute NHS site in Barnet. This is a PFI contract that has 8 years left of a 30 year concession. Reporting into the Senior Ops Manager, you will have a team of around 35 staff under you including supervisors, senior engineer and engineers that in turn will carry out planned and reactive works across a busy hospital site.
