The role: TONI&GUY is seeking a dynamic and vibrant individual to join our team as a Salon Assistant. We are looking for someone who exudes confidence, thrives on organization, and knows how to bring warmth to our salons. As a crucial member of our world-famous brand, you'll play a vital role in making our clients feel warmly welcomed, while embracing the opportunity to shine and make your mark in the exciting world of TONI&GUY.
Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday). Some Salons may also require evenings, please enquire for further information.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create an authentic and captivating TONI&GUY welcome, leaving a lasting impression on every client who walks through our doors.
- Maintaining a sparkling clean and tidy salon environment, reflecting the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Elevating client experiences by providing relaxing, professional shampoo experiences.
- Be the driving force behind an organised and beautiful Front of House environment, creating a welcoming atmosphere that embodies the TONI&GUY brand.
We’d love to meet someone with:
- No previous experience in a similar role is required. We're looking for individuals with a passion for the salon industry and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- A friendly and welcoming demeanor that can make clients feel comfortable and valued from the moment they step foot in the salon.
- Excellent organizational skills to help maintain a clean, tidy, and efficient salon environment.
- A team player mindset, ready to collaborate with salon staff and provide support wherever needed to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.
