The Role
Are you ready to embark on an exciting new journey in hairdressing? Join TONI&GUY and unleash your creative spirit and passion for hairdressing as you create cutting-edge hairstyles and stunning colour transformations for our clients. Be a part of our dynamic salon team and hone your hairdressing talents in a stimulating environment, where you can leave a lasting impression and create unforgettable experiences for our clientele.
Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 4-5 days (Monday to Sunday)

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
- Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
- Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
- Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
- Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
- Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY
