The Project Administrator is responsible for co-ordinating and delivering supporting activities within the projects and delivery function. These include communications, collaboration, risk management, data collection and administration.
- You will perform various administrative duties such as support in maintaining operational documentation and ensuring project/server files are up to date with all relevant information aligned to process.
- Support in organising projects and resource contracts with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines, ensuring operational excellence to deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strategic projects and resource contracts are delivered in accordance with the company and customer processes, procedures, and statutory obligations.
- Maintaining data and prompting team members to provide up-to-date and mandatory information requirements such as: applications, forecasts, progress reports, timesheets, weekly contractor return forms, H&S documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as the role requires the ability to liaise multiple levels of authority internally and externally.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy site office environment. Effective prioritisation to meet multiple deadlines.
- Commercial and contracting awareness of processes and procedures.
- Understanding of project management best practices and project delivery lifecycle.
- Financial awareness to support PMO Managers or Project Managers with P&L management.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS office applications.
- Attending operational meetings and taking minutes.
- Arranging site inductions, deliveries and managing booking portal.
- Managing and allocation of resource. Monitoring subcontractors and ensuring valid documentation.
