The Opportunity:

Aims:
- Introduce best-in-class performance testing practices.
- Enhance the resilience and speed of digital transactions.

Measure of success:
- Reduction in performance bottlenecks across systems.
- Improved efficiency of high-volume transactions.
- Successful knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Seamless integration of performance testing into development workflows.
Day to day:
- Writing and preparing technical performance test plans.
- Developing data-driven test automation scripts and executing performance and load testing.
- Using LoadRunner (or similar tools) to design and execute load and performance tests.
- Designing and executing daily load BVTs and system-level tests.
- Preparing test data and analyzing performance test results.
- Identifying and logging defects, collaborating closely with development teams.
- Informing test leads of potential risks affecting schedule, budget, or quality.

- Hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
- Proficiency in LoadRunner or similar performance testing tools.

- Capable of identifying risks and proposing effective solutions before they escalate.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing office, client-site, and remote work.
