Job Title : Health, Safety and Facilities Manager Location : Eastleigh Want to be in there at the start? With this newly appointed role you will have the authority to set the policies from scratch, helping to ensure that a dynamic and growing manufacturing business can continue to from grow from strong Health and Safety roots. If you have hands-on experience leading Health & Safety in an industrial setting—especially within sales, logistics, or manufacturing—we want to hear from you as we are on the lookout for an experienced Health, Safety and Facilities Manager to join our client’s crew. You’ll play a critical role in driving health, safety, and environmental initiatives, while also ensuring the facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. What you’ll be doing : Lead Health & Safety by developing and delivering new policies and procedures . Manage Facilities : Oversee the safety and functionality of our buildings and equipment to ensure a seamless and safe operation. Foster a Safety Culture : Drive cultural change across the business to embed health, safety, and environmental awareness at every level. What we need from you : You’ve led Health & Safety in a sales, logistics, or manufacturing environment, and understand the complexities of these industries. A NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent), with a strong working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Facilities Management : You’ve managed buildings and equipment, ensuring they are safe and compliant.
