We are recruiting home care workers to provide care and support to individuals within their own homes. The role will involve providing care and support to those living in the most rural places of Carmarthenshire, which will require a lot of driving.

As an experienced care worker, you will provide quality care and support to service users living within their own homes. You will be reliable, friendly, and patient.

We are offering up to five-year sponsorships for quality care workers. Full-time work of 38 hours a week is guaranteed, with opportunities for overtime and weekend enhancements. You will be paid from your actual start time to your actual end time of your shift, minus lunch breaks.

We offer five-year Certificates of Sponsorship (COS); however, you must have care experience and a full UK driving licence. Our shifts start in the morning at 07:00, and our evening shifts can finish as late as 22:00. You will be expected to work every other weekend.
