Reed Engineering are working alongside our client who are looking to add a Multi-Skilled Engineer to their team on a permanent basis. You'll be based in South Aberdeen. Hours: 6am – 6pm on a 4-on 4-off rotation Salary: £42K – £47K Daily Duties – Undertake Electrical and Mechanical routine maintenance of equipment, quality inspections and fault finding on the production lines and process Communicate with productions teams, providing timely updates on breakdowns/down time Carry out Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Routines inspections, reports and remedial works Electro-mechanical repairs to high-speed, PLC-controlled plant handling and packaging equipment, also pneumatic and hydraulic control system monitor production line and machine performance, identifying and investigating faults and improvementsCandidate Requirements – Mechanical and/or Electrical Qualification Previous experience working within manufacturing, FMCG, food or meat production Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC control, refrigeration and PTW systemsIf you, or anyone you know would be suited to this role, please forward your up-to-date CV, salary expectations and notice period to…
