Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Warehouse Operative – 4 on 4 off (7am – 7pm)
Location: Hayes
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client – a leading independent supply chain company with locations across the globe, based in Hayes.

Shift Pattern:
4 on 4 off – 7:00am to 7:00pm
Enjoy a structured rota that provides work-life balance and consistency.

You must have a valid Counterbalance Forklift license and freight or cargo warehousing experience to be considered for this role.

What we\’re looking for:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous experience within a freight or cargo warehouse environment
• A reliable, hands-on approach and the ability to work well in a team
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Physically fit
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Able to work on a 4 on 4 off basis doing 12 hour shifts
