Development Designer

Our client is an independent design agency known for creative, practical solutions in commercial interiors. Based in the Warwickshire countryside, they offer flexible, hybrid working 3 days and are open to full-time or part-time arrangements for the right fit.

They’re seeking a Designer to take the lead on the technical side of projects – transforming creative concepts into precise, build‑ready design packs and ensuring each space is delivered true to the original vision.

Job Role

• Lead technical design from site survey through to completion, ensuring design integrity through every stage
• Produce detailed technical drawings, space plans, and scope documents
• Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and suppliers to manage design intent
• Work across a varied portfolio including retail, hospitality, wellbeing, and workspace projects
• Contribute to a small, experienced team that values clarity, creativity, and collaboration
