Job Description:

The appointed Corporate Solicitor will join a team known for excellent technical advice and commercial awareness, serving clients including multinational companies, international investors, and entrepreneurs.

You may choose to specialize or handle a broad M&A caseload. The role requires someone who can start immediately, managing a busy workload and supporting junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academics, be an NQ or have relevant experience in corporate law, and possess knowledge in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.

Paralegals with strong academics and at least 12 months of corporate experience are encouraged to apply.

The role involves business development, cross-selling, and supporting team growth. Leadership training will be provided if desired.
