They’re seeking a skilled Client-Side Building Surveyor to enhance our team and contribute to our exciting projects. Role Overview: As a Client-Side Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of our property portfolio, from initial design through to completion and beyond. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that our properties meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct building surveys and inspections to assess property conditions and identify maintenance needs. Provide expert advice on building regulations, planning, and compliance issues. Oversee and manage refurbishment and development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Prepare detailed reports and specifications for works, including cost estimates and schedules. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor and manage ongoing property maintenance and improvement initiatives. Support the development of strategic plans for property investments and acquisitions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) accreditation preferred. Proven experience in building surveying, preferably on the client-side. Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
