This is a superb role for a Senior Private Client fee earner with a focus on Estate Management and Probate matters.
Our client is a Legal 500 law firm offering comprehensive legal services across various areas. Their Private Client team is large and highly reputable. This role has arisen due to increased workload, requiring a senior fee earner to join a collaborative and professional team and take over an existing caseload immediately.
The team comprises fee earners at different career stages, supported by paralegals, and includes like-minded Partners. The role offers ongoing career development. Client care is paramount; you will work with the elderly and families in stressful situations, requiring clear, concise, and empathetic communication.
The primary focus of this role is probate matters and will writing. The team collaborates with wealth advisors and tax accountants. You will have opportunities to enhance your profile, work with the marketing team, and attend industry seminars, managing a diverse and interesting caseload.
We seek a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5+ years PQE and an interest in Probate and Estate Administration. STEP membership is preferred.
