Graduate Accountant Training Scheme

Our graduate accountant training scheme is designed to give you the best of both worlds: fast access to credible learning opportunities and the flexibility to focus on your studies, while gaining hands-on client experience in our audit or tax departments.

We aim to reduce the burdens often associated with graduate training schemes and support you in passing your exams successfully.

Our trainees receive ongoing support throughout the 36-month programme. By the end, they are experienced accountants with strong accounting and tax skills.

Development and career progression

Over half of our partners started as graduate trainees with us, progressing from trainee to senior, then to manager, and ultimately to practice partner. Their success is built on comprehensive training and support, with the potential to become partners within 10 years.

What we are looking for

• Ambitious, hardworking, and driven individuals who can communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. These qualities are exemplified by our accountancy trainees.
• Three ‘A’ levels at grades B or above and a 2.1 degree.
