What You\’ll Do

As a Personal Trainer at UP, your journey starts by mastering your craft, not chasing sales targets. You\\\’ll be trained to an elite level and equipped to coach clients using the industry-leading UP Method. You\\\’ll work with a wide range of clients who trust UP to deliver results and you\\\’ll provide world-class personal training with measurable impact, acting as both coach and trusted partner in your clients\\\’ transformation journey. This role is for trainers serious about their career, obsessed with client results, and committed to personal growth. This isn\\\’t just a job—at UP, personal training is a way of life.

Requirements

What You\\\’ll Need to Succeed:

• Previous, hands-on experience in personal training.
• A Level 3 Personal Training (or equivalent) qualification.
• A valid right to work for the UK. (We don\\\’t offer visa sponsorship).
• A genuine passion for transforming lives.
• A strong work ethic and growth mindset.

We\\\’ll handle the rest through our industry-leading onboarding, mentoring, and development programme designed to shape great trainers into world-class coaches and future leaders.

Hours & Salary

Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time (including early mornings and late evenings during your first year)

Salary: starting from £25,500 and up to £34,200 annually.
