Our client is a British privately owned multi-disciplinary consultancy with regional offices across the UK, supporting both public and private sector clients.

For over 20 years, our client has been delivering first-class MEP design and installation solutions in the building services industry.

They are one of the UK’s leading independent MEP Consulting Engineers, with three strategically located offices in the north of England.

Our Client is the fastest-growing independent Building Services Partnership in Yorkshire, boasting one of the largest MEP Design Teams in Leeds with 30 staff across M&E Design, Sustainability, and BIM.

Since its inception 10 years ago, the business has served a diverse range of clients across sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, healthcare, education, and major events. Growth has been driven by client recommendations, leading to operations from Leeds and London covering projects UK-wide.

Their approach emphasizes that every building is a place to live, work, socialize, relax, and enjoy, aiming to create comfortable, high-performing, and sustainable spaces with energy-efficient designs.

The company’s use of Revit MEP software across most projects offers opportunities for expansion. An upcoming appointment of a BIM Coordinator will strengthen the team, increase resource capacity, and enhance output to meet growing demand.

Applications are invited from experienced Revit MEP Coordinators/Technicians who can manage projects and their time effectively. Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, fostering collaboration, and training junior staff when needed.

This role is based in Leeds City Centre, offering excellent public transport links and a vibrant social environment for after-work activities.
