Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £45k – £60k (DOE)

About the Role

Puro Associates are excited to be working with a small, friendly accountancy practice with various offices across Scotland. They are looking for a Tax Manager to join their growing team, ideally based in their Edinburgh office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Tax Manager or senior seeking the next step in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and oversee the work of junior staff, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing training and coaching for their development.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Tax department.
• Tax planning, forecasting, and providing advice/assistance to clients.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Director/Senior Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

• ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified
• At least 2-3 years of experience managing a tax department
• Confident in running a tax department and meeting tight deadlines
