Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of the quality of installations.
- Own the snagging process for installations during scheduled walkdowns and observations.
- Critique installations to ensure the client's walkdown is a snag-free exercise.
- Deliver first-of-a-kind processes and obtain sign-off.
- Maintain document control of construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Serve as QA owner for the allocated turnover scope, overseeing construction completion through testing, inspection, and handover.
- Participate in the Quality Surveillance Programme.
- Compile turnover packs.
