Overview

OneNineFive is a provision in Burton on Trent and is set over 3 apartment floors and offers exceptional transitional support for up to 10 young adults with learning disabilities.

We are now currently looking for a Deputy Shift Manager to join the care management team. If you think you are ready for the next step in your career this opportunity could be for you.

Responsibilities

• The Deputy Shift Manager will support and assist the Shift Manager to lead and manage a team of residential support staff.
• Have experience in working with people with learning disabilities and have successfully managed or led a care team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (Health & Social Care) qualification or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• High standards and the expectation that your team shares those standards.
• This vacancy is open to internal and external candidates.
• Must apply for an enhanced DBS check and will be subject to thorough background checks.
