Event Stewards

We require reliable Event Stewards for various work opportunities, including music events, sports events, live music venues, festivals, and more. The ideal candidate should be confident in customer service and passionate about delivering high-quality service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Being polite and professional to members of the public and the client.
• Retaining and using information related to safety and evacuation procedures.
• Providing world-class customer service to ensure visitors have a positive and memorable experience.
• Retaining and using information about key areas on site (medical room, toilets, bars, etc.).
• Ensuring spectator safety by being observant and reporting incidents such as venue capacity issues, intoxication, site breaches, or medical emergencies.
• Following the brief given by the supervisor (access control, wayfinding, ticket resolution).

Skills/Experience :

• Driving license / own vehicle.
• First Aid Qualification.
• Event stewarding experience: at least 1 year.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Customer service experience: at least 1 year.
• Smart, well-groomed, and confident.
• Punctual with a flexible attitude towards working hours.
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative to operate independently when required.
• Reliable with excellent time-management skills.
