Exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our Agency on a full-time or part-time basis.

Weekly flexible assignments!

3PL Resources Ltd is looking for Warehouse Operatives to work 40 hours per week. We are fully flexible and can offer an immediate start to work! You will be joining a large but friendly team with guaranteed weekly work for reliable candidates based in Wellesbourne.

Your usual responsibilities will include, however will not be limited to:

1. Scanning
2. Picking
3. Wrapping Pallets
4. Keeping aisles free from any mess or hazards
5. Ensuring the correct items are stored in the correct locations
6. Reading labels
7. Heavy lifting

Shifts and pay rates are:

• 07:30-16:00 £11.44 per hour – Monday to Friday
• 08:00 to 16:30 £11.44 per hour – Monday to Friday
• 08:00 to 20:00 £11.44 per hour – 4 on 4 off

We offer:

• Annual leave based on the number of hours worked.
• Weekly pay.
• As per the Agency Worker Regulations, you will receive the same basic employment and working conditions as a permanent employee after a 3-month rolling period.
• After 3 months, you will automatically be enrolled in our Pension scheme.
• Potential opportunities for you to become permanently employed.
• Overtime available as and when required.
