They are seeking a highly skilled Product Portfolio & Programme Manager to oversee their suite of products. The Product Portfolio & Programme Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising the portfolio of products across two core areas: Client Facing Applications, and CRM. Additionally, this role will involve overseeing the successful execution of related programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy that aligns with business objectives and market demands.
- Oversee the life-cycle of multiple products within front of house, ensuring they meet the needs of professionals and drive business growth.
- Manage and coordinate programmes related to the product portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather insights, understand challenges, and identify opportunities for product and programme enhancement.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, designers, analysts, and programme managers, to deliver high-quality product features and programme outcomes on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Monitor and analyse product and programme performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimise user experience and drive adoption.
- Support the business transformation initiatives by aligning product portfolio and programme management with the overall transformation goals.
- Extensive experience in product management and programme management or similar roles.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of products and oversee complex programmes, collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is advantageous.
