Job Summary
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for financial markets and business management? We are looking for a Business Manager, Markets UK to support our Markets Business Heads in executing strategy, implementing initiatives, and ensuring risk & governance compliance. This role is a unique opportunity to drive business efficiency, manage regulatory adherence, and support front-office operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the connector between global and local Markets teams, sharing best practices.
- Support the Markets Country Head in running Business Risk Forums (BRFs).
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
- Oversee business continuity planning, capacity management, and licensing.
- Drive a prudent cost culture, managing budgeting and forecasting.
- Continuously streamline and optimize processes to enhance efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of Financial Markets products.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
