The Role
Number 1 in finance; Key member of the senior leadership team; Commercial business partner to all functions. The role has full responsibility for:
- Controllership
- FP&A
- Commercial support
- Compliance
- Direct input into strategy and operational improvement
- Leads a small, capable team
- Shapes financial performance across multiple revenue streams
- Exposure to M&A, investment decisions, and group-level relationships
- Broad, high-impact role with a clear path to FD
The Candidate
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA) with solid financial control experience
- Commercially minded, operationally aware
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder
- Hands-on leader with an eye for detail and delivery
