Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning teams across various Mitie clients. Your responsibilities will include staff recruitment and development, maintaining high service standards, and overseeing routine and periodic cleaning tasks.

You will ensure staff understand and adhere to task schedules and health & safety procedures, providing technical training as needed. Responsibilities also include distributing uniforms, monitoring cleanliness standards, managing materials, and stock ordering. You will handle issues professionally and escalate to your line manager when necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
• Ability to work independently to a schedule
