We are looking for experienced and ambitious Skilled Shift PSV Mechanic to join Arriva, based at our Wrexham depot. As a PSV Engineer, your role would involve carrying out planned and preventative maintenance along with diagnostic fault finding and reactive repairs to a fleet of commercially operated buses & coaches, to the strict standards set by both Arriva and the DVSA.

The role of a PSV Mechanic will involve:
- Servicing, maintenance and repairs to Arriva and DVSA standards.
- Continuous improvement of vehicle reliability.
- MOT preparation, planned preventative maintenance campaigns and quality checks.
- Vehicle fault diagnosis and ensuring reliability and maintenance is kept to Arriva Standards (Higher than DVSA).
- Early/Day shift rota covering 5 out of 7 days Sunday to Saturday working with shift start patterns Day Shift: 8:30am β 4:30pm, Late Shift 2:00pm β 10:00pm.
Requirements of a PSV Mechanic:
- Qualifications for PSV/HGV maintenance and repair - Minimum of NVQ level 3 or any equivalent international qualification (will require confirmation).
- A full UK driving licence (6 points or less).
- Ability to be passed fit for a PCV pre-employment medical.
