If you are someone who comes from a research background, could be a research assistant at university, or even a researcher in a commercial setting, and has a genuine interest in gene pools, family trees, and scouring through all sorts of data sources to find the right people, then this could be your golden ticket.
The client, located slightly north of Central London, specializes in a unique area of the property market where they discover homes that time has forgotten. The owners of these homes can sometimes be hard to track down, so your task would be to find who they are and hand the details over to the sales team. The office culture is professional, fun, and supportive.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research to locate and verify property owners' contact details using various public and private data sources.
- Analyze property records, land registries, and other databases to compile accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights that support targeted outreach.
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Proven research experience, ideally within the property or real estate sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with data sourcing tools, property records, and public databases.
- Monday - Friday (1 day WFH)
