iPeople SC Solutions is recruiting an Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) Social Worker to work for our client based in Harrow, Greater London. The Exploitation Advanced Practitioner role will sit within the Youth Justice Service and will carry a reduced caseload of complex young people exposed to extra familial harm. The role will support key workers across the county to ensure young people's plans address issues related to Missing, Slavery, Exploitation and Trafficking.

In the Adolescent Service, we care every day about the safety, wellbeing and future of young people. You will have experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment, ideally with direct experience of working with adolescents. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to make decisions and plans with young people and their families. You will be empathetic and sensitive to the needs of children, young people and families. You will not be afraid to think creatively to solve problems. You will be passionate about maximising a young person's life chances to improve their overall outcomes. You will care enough to want to make a difference every day.

You should hold a relevant Social Work qualification such as the Social Work Degree, DipSW, CQSW or CSS and be registered on the SWE register.
