Meridian Business Support are looking for Customer Care Advisors to join our client’s Customer Contact team based in Stoke-on-Trent (ST7) for a 12-week period, were offering: Paying £14.00ph Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (no weekend working) Shift Pattern: 09:00 – 17:00 Weekly pay & Online payslips A friendly and helpful Meridian team to support you with any queries at any time Full company training provided & continual support within the role Free on-site parking As a Customer Care Advisors , you will be supporting the current team through a busy period, by working through orders in the group mailbox, updating the system to process these through and keeping Excel Data bases up to date, and occasionally answer in-bound calls from their customers to provide order support.
