The Role
Reporting into the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, the Commercial Lead will take the reins on building and growing agency and brand relationships. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with day-to-day commercial hustle. Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial conversations across top media agencies and major brands
- Turn briefs into closed deals – from initial pitch through to final negotiations
- Build and mentor a small sales team as the business grows

- Create and execute revenue growth plans, forecasts, and market strategy
