Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance? We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Compliance Monitoring & Safety Manager to join our client Dublin Aerospace.
Founded in 2009 and based out of Dublin Airport, Dublin Aerospace operates a 4-bay Base Maintenance facility that can presently handle approx. 70 aircraft per annum (A320, A330, 737 families), and an APU overhaul centre that can handle 200 APU’s a year. They have recently developed a state-of-the-art Landing Gear facility in Ashbourne, Ireland. The facility provides maintenance on aircraft landing gear where it overhauls up to 250 B737 and A320 legs per year.
The SCM is responsible for ensuring that an independent Compliance Monitoring System is established to monitor compliance with EASA, IAA and other applicable national authority requirements and that the Accountable Manager is kept informed of airworthiness/Compliance standards across the organisation. The SCM Manager is the unique focal point of contact for the organisation on all safety related matters pertaining to the relevant EASA/UKCAA regulations. He/she is responsible for the development, administration and maintenance of Dublin Aerospace Safety Management System.

Role Requirements
- Right to live and work in Ireland
- Must be local to Dublin Airport
- Hold NAA Aircraft maintenance licence (EASA) or equivalent qualification
- Be acceptable to IAA and UKCAA to obtain Form 4
- 6-year aviation experience with at least 3 in compliance monitoring role
