Job Introduction

As a Subway Team Leader, you will be the face of our store. As well as preparing and serving delicious Subway sandwiches, you will meet and greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service, as well as supervising daily operations and a small team of employees.

Working as a Team Leader is a challenging role but one that is highly rewarding. We are proud of our hardworking staff and offer a career path into managerial roles.

We are looking for a team member to work 30-40 hours per week in our Kingstown Store, Carlisle.

Main Responsibilities

• Food preparation including bread and cookie baking
• Ensuring food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
• Customer service, till use and store cleanliness
• Stock control
• Checking in deliveries
• Coaching newer or less experienced team members
• Opening and closing the store to a high standard
• Delivering brand excellence

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service, and in a supervisory role is desirable. Excellent communication skills; especially verbal and a winning attitude is required.
