The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role as well as a full UK driving licence. The main responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share amongst your competition, changing products, marketing or pricing strategy as needed.
- Constant screening of competitor activity and customer experience, to maintain and develop strategies for increasing volume and market share.
- Networking and relationship building with new clients to increase business opportunities for the company.
- Listing properties to market using market research of comparable property, experience and knowledge of the local market.
- Market and advertise rental properties to attract potential tenants using systems and portals and other means provided.
- Conducting viewings of properties with prospective tenants.
- Screening tenants to ensure suitability for that particular property.
- Negotiating rental agreements between landlords and tenants.
- Management of finances and collecting rent for related properties.
