My client is looking for a number of experienced Pipe Fitters that have experience working on water treatment plants This job is starting immediately after the Christmas period and will run for approx 12 months. HOURLY RATE : £25.00 per hour LOCATION : Oswestry DATE COMMENCING : 6th January 2025 LENGTH OF CONTRACT : 12mths approx HOURS OF WORK : · 07:00 – 17:30 Monday – Thursday (10 hours per day) · 07:00- 13:30 Friday (6 hrs per day) · Book 6 hours per day – 30 minute unpaid break JOB DESCRIPTION : Pipe Fitter, Pipefitter – Water Hygiene, EUSR Your general Pipe Fitter duties for each day will consist of general installation of plastic and metal pipe work. Mixture of threaded, bolted, solvent welded and fusion welded. Experience of installing solvent welded PVC-U not essential. You will also be required for general installation of Unistrut and cable trays to support water treatment equipment. There will also be installation of hose based chemical dosing lines (similar to pulling cables).
