Wards Pharmacist

Mediplacements are looking for an experienced band 7/8A Wards Pharmacist to work at a hospital in Essex.

The pay for this position is GBP26-GBP34 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on-going duration.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing pharmaceutical care to patients in the wards.
2. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy.
3. Ensuring compliance with medication policies and procedures.
4. Conducting medication reviews and patient counseling.

Qualifications include:

1. Registered pharmacist with relevant experience in a hospital setting.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
