Location: Home-Based, covering Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Oxfordshire

Salary: Basic: 65K OTE: c85K + Company Car or Allowance + Laptop + Benefits

Business Development Manager required by fast-growing, global engineering services company!

This is a varied role responsible for identifying, creating, and pursuing sales opportunities while establishing strong professional relationships with key decision-makers in the Aerospace, Military/Defence, and Commercial markets.

Experience:

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, electronics or material sciences preferred
• At least 5yrs technical experience with field sales responsibilities
• Experience in compliance, or testing-related services
• Able to interact with clients, win new business and determine their requirements
• Able to travel up 75% of the time; some overnight travel maybe required – fully expensed
• Eligible for security clearance
• Must have a valid Driver’s Licence
