Presentation Development: Develop and deliver clear and engaging financial presentations.

Commissions Management: Support the development and management of commission plans, ensuring accurate processes, reporting, and ongoing improvements.

Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).

Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and financial modelling.

Experience with commission models and structures.

Familiarity with financial systems/financial planning tools.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process integrity.

Strong communicator, skilled in teamwork and managing priorities.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
