HSEQ Coordinator

About the Role:

As an HSEQ Coordinator, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) team. Your role will be pivotal in helping implement DP World policies and initiatives, maintaining compliance, and fostering a strong HSEQ culture across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the coordination and execution of HSEQ activities and campaigns.
2. Manage data entry, reporting, and documentation within HSEQ systems.
3. Conduct safety inductions and maintain associated records.
4. Oversee PPE stock, issue, and inventory control.
5. Support compliance with ISO standards and internal/external audits.
6. Maintain departmental files, registers, and communication systems.
7. Help deliver HSEQ training and monitor safety equipment.

Requirements:

1. NEBOSH International General Certificate (required).
2. Relevant degree or professional HSEQ certification (preferred).
3. Knowledge of local and international HSEQ regulations.
4. Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
5. Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Greek.
6. Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn.
7. A collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
