Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Stevenage

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 plus commission

We at Urus Recruitment are working with a prestige client who are one of the UK leading contract manufacturing companies.

Their customers range from internationally recognised industrial companies to specialised laboratory and medical equipment manufacturers.

They are seeking an experienced Business Developer who can maximise all leads and gain new business, build relationships with new clients and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives.
4. Conduct cold calls to potential clients.
5. Maintain an active online presence to engage with potential clients.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Person Spec:

1. Proven experience in account management and sales.
2. Strong online presence and familiarity with social media platforms.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Resilient, friendly, and outgoing personality.
6. Keen to learn and develop new skills.
7. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
