Your Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to ensure smooth operations in order fulfilment, goods-in, and returns.
• Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
• Motivate and monitor your team to maintain high performance and meet company standards.
• Work hands-on, assisting with picking and packing, as well as ensuring our customers’ orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a warehouse or leadership role.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a valid counterbalance forklift license.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
