Job Description

We are looking for a Worship Leader who can work with an amazing team to help grow the worshipping life of the church. While the worship side of the role is part-time, we are also interested in what else a successful candidate could bring and possibly expand the nature of the role.

This role requires the ideal candidate to have a vision for the worshipping life of a congregation, fostering an environment that allows congregation members to encounter Jesus in the power of His Spirit, equipping them to live a 24/7 worship-driven life. The ideal candidate should also be able to lead others in their relationship with Jesus, nurturing and bringing out the best of others’ gifts, and have experience in raising up and developing lay leaders in the church.

St. Luke\’s was planted in 2011, reopening a church which was closed for 20 years. Since then, we\’ve seen it grow into a thriving and diverse community in the heart of North London.
