Newsletter Monetization Manager (Beehiiv) – Growth & Revenue Focused

WHO WE NEED

We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Newsletter Monetization Manager to optimize revenue across multiple newsletters using Beehiiv. You’ll be responsible for implementing and managing multiple monetization strategies, from sponsorships and affiliate partnerships to backend offers and paid lead acquisition.

This role is ideal for someone who understands direct-response marketing, newsletter monetization, and audience growth. You’ll be working with an existing list of 500,000+ subscribers, building revenue streams, and scaling lead generation efforts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

First 30 Days – Monetization & Growth Foundations Activate Beehiiv front-end monetization (automated newsletter recommendations). Implement sponsorship placements and identify key partners for long-term deals. Begin running lead-generation ads to drive newsletter subscribers at a target CPL. Optimize welcome sequences with product placements and affiliate offers. Experiment with co-reg partnerships to generate additional revenue per subscriber. Test initial affiliate placements and monitor performance.

First 60 Days – Scale & Optimize Scale lead generation to 200+ subscribers/day for Better You and 100+ subscribers/day for Business Newsletter. Improve revenue per subscriber with backend offers and upsells. Secure and refine sponsorship deals to maximize per-send revenue. Optimize Facebook ad campaigns to improve CPL and conversion rates. Implement co-reg partnerships to increase profitability on new subscribers. Drive initial product sales directly from the newsletters.

Backend Offers – Promoting our own courses, programs, and digital products.

Lead Magnets & Ascension Funnels – Converting free sign-ups into paying customers.

Online Business Owner Widget – Implementing automated affiliate monetization tools.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experience in Newsletter Monetization & Growth – Beehiiv preferred, but experience with GoHighLevel, Segmetrics, Looker Studio, and Sparkloops and similar platforms is also great.

Direct Response & Performance Marketing Knowledge – You understand how to monetize an audience, not just grow it.

Data-Driven Decision Making – A/B testing, optimizing CPLs, and tracking conversion rates is second nature to you.

Facebook Ad Experience – You have a working knowledge of paid lead gen and how to scale profitably.

Partnership & Sponsorship Negotiation – You know how to secure high-value brand deals and co-reg partnerships.

Proactive & Growth-Minded – You don’t just follow strategies—you create, test, and refine them for maximum impact.
