Monitor the system for emergency requests, ensuring prompt attention and swift resolution to meet targets.

Handle telephone variations, coordinating with the duty surveyor to maintain continuous site operations.

Deliver exceptional face-to-face service to our clients, maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.

Collaborate with the team to achieve daily goals, successfully allocating a minimum of 60 new orders each day.

Ideally you will have experience as a Repairs Planner/ Scheduler working within the social housing maintenance sector

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
