Day-to-day duties:

Support the day-to-day global Sponsorships program by owning program trackers, working back calendars, managing timelines, overseeing the status review, and holding owners accountable to ensure milestones are met.

Drive continuous process improvement and automation to be more effective and efficient, while reducing errors. Survey teams to identify additional processes that can be centralized, automated, externalized, or deprecated.
-Invent and simplify processes and use system tooling to support efficient collaboration, campaign planning, resource tracking, and creative review/approvals.

Anticipate and be able to mitigate problems as they arise while ensuring updates on progress, relevant delays, and budget implications are communicated to stakeholders.

Author program/campaign playbooks that can be scaled globally in mature and nascent markets.
