Your key responsibilities will include:
?? Managing various administrative processes and procedures following guidelines
?? Scheduling resources and stakeholders
?? Collaborating and building strong relationships stakeholders both internally and externally
?? Dealing with a large volume of confidential client information, ensuring accurate filing, input and management
?? Support the team where necessary with general administrative tasks on a daily basis
?? Managing documentation and complying with company guidelines
? Previous experience in an administrative role
? Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Excel and Outlook
