Calling all pre and post natal specialists passionate about women's fitness! Motivate PT is looking for pre and post natal specialists who are motivated, career-minded, and professional personal trainers passionate about women's fitness from all over London.
MotivatePT is a leading Personal Training Company, offering a wide range of online 1-to-1 and group personal training to mums looking for help with their fitness goals. We have roles for both experienced and newly qualified pre and post natal specialists.
Due to continued expansion, the Company is now recruiting additional personal trainers with positions available in all areas of London. You will be responsible for carrying out personal training sessions with our clients in your local area either in the clients' home, workplace, or outdoors. Therefore, you need to be highly reliable, professional, and self-motivated, helping clients to reach their personal fitness goals through a supportive, motivational, and encouraging approach.
As an in-person trainer, you will need to have your own transport and be available at a reasonable proportion of peak times (when most clients want to train). This includes evenings, early mornings, and occasional weekends. We are not a franchise, so we do not charge any monthly fees to our trainers! We attract and retain some of the very best personal trainers in the industry because we empower our trainers to be the very best they can be and to earn what they are really worth.
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer
- Pre and Post Natal Qualification
- Full Public Liability Insurance
- Basic Tech setup for online training
- Reliable, Well-Organised, and Hard Working

- Additional fitness specialisms, ideally including pre and post-natal fitness.
Working model: £31 for a 60-minute session in your local area. Pay is per session and this is a freelance position. You will be self-employed and able to work flexible hours.
