Are you looking for a new role, one in which you be kept busy and work within a great payroll team? If so, we may have just the role for you. Liberty Recruitment Group are excited to be partnering with our client, in the search for a Trainee Payroll Administrator, to join their experienced and friendly team, based on the outskirts of Southampton. This is a full-time, permanent position.
The main responsibility of this role is processing payroll in an accurate and timely fashion for a multitude of clients. Some of your duties will include:
- Ensure up-to-date and accurate payroll and pension data is maintained
- Liaising with clients both via email and telephone
- Complete HMRC returns
- Provide payroll reports as required
- Process BACS payments
Payroll experience would be desirable; however, you must be IT literate – including Excel, have excellent attention to detail, and be a good communicator. As a person, you will be a strong team player, proactive and have the ability to meet strict deadlines.
