Service Engineer / Service Technician / Offshore Engineer required to join a leading provider of fluid control and separation processes. The Successful Service Engineer / Service Technician / Offshore Engineer will provide electrical and mechanical repair, service, and installation of fluid separation equipment, onshore and offshore, such as centrifuges, mud coolers, disc stacks, and more.
The Service Engineer / Service Technician / Offshore Engineer will have offshore mechanical engineering experience such as centrifuges, disc stacks, decanters, mud coolers and/or similar mechanical engineering equipment.
Package:
- £40k - £45k + £200 - £250 day rate

Role:
- Will provide electrical and mechanical repair, service, and installation of fluid separation equipment, onshore and offshore, such as centrifuges, mud coolers, disc stacks, and more.
- The offshore Service Engineer will carry out repair and installation at the workshop in Aberdeen when not offshore.
- To assist in the training and onboarding of new/less experienced personnel, both onshore and offshore.
- Submit accurate visit and time sheets duly signed by the customer upon completion of the work, including the detail of any damaged equipment.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience providing service, maintenance, and repair of disc stack centrifuges, decanters, mud coolers, or similar.
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Service Technician / Installation Engineer / Offshore Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / M&E Engineer or similar.
- Offshore experience is critical.
- A technical mechanical/electrical/electronic/instrumentation qualification, apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous.
- The successful candidate will be based in Aberdeen.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally.
