The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We do it, and you’ll be doing it with us - fresh, customer led, and with high-quality ingredients. You’ll be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring the prep is done for each day and make each dish to spec.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
- Prepare fresh ingredients and ensure all dishes are made to specification.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
- Adhere to food safety practices and allergen management.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking for career advancement.
- Proven skills in food preparation (both hot and cold) and knife skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work at pace with limited supervision.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen essentials and food safety.
