Who is this Apprenticeship for? This Apprenticeship is perfect for those who are interested in progressing a career in Commercial Analytics and want the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of teams including, Product & Pricing, Customer Insights, Finance, Marketing & Digital and Credit Risk. Are you naturally curious with a passion for numbers and analysing all kinds of data and processes? If so this could be the perfect start to your career! This is a Level 4 apprenticeship which provides the opportunity to earn and learn over a period of 18 to 24 months.
What you will be doing? Across our Society a number of different teams within different divisions, use a range of commercial, customer and third-party market data to inform business decisions. Typically, the apprentice will be involved in:
- Collecting, organising and analysing trading performance
- Using excel on a daily basis
- Making best use of market research software
- Producing reports and dashboards
- Providing insight for various Society stakeholders
- Supporting the accurate and timely launch of LBS products to market
What you will learn. The apprentice will learn skills to use data in a commercial setting. They'll impact business decisions and analyse the outcomes to drive continuous improvement. The apprenticeship program is a Level 4 and lays the foundation for apprentices to become high-performing analysts. Over an 18-month period, through a blended learning program the apprentice will build their knowledge of:
- Principles of Data
- Customer Focus & UX
- Data Manipulation & Modelling
- Data Architecture & Cloud
- Data Analysis & Statistics
- Microsoft Power BI
To deliver this programme, we are delighted to be partnering with Firebrand. Assessment centres will be held on Tuesday 25th February 2025 at our Head Office in Leeds.
